Terms and Condition

Effective Date: August 3, 2026
Last Updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Services, PA, also known as IBHS Counseling (“IBHS Counseling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any forms, appointment-request features, text-messaging services, and other services made available through this website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Healthcare and Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

Using this website, submitting an online form, or communicating with IBHS Counseling electronically does not automatically establish a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only after IBHS Counseling accepts you as a patient and completes the appropriate intake and consent process.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information found on this website.

2. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

This website, its contact forms, email addresses, and text-messaging services are not monitored as emergency-response systems.

If you are experiencing a medical or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Do not use a website form, email, voicemail, or text message to communicate urgent or emergency information.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or information belonging to another person.
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  • Use automated systems to extract information without written authorization.
  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe it is being misused.

4. Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment-request form does not guarantee an appointment or confirm that IBHS Counseling has accepted you as a patient.

Appointments are confirmed only after a representative of IBHS Counseling contacts you and verifies availability, eligibility, and any required information.

Please do not include highly sensitive medical, mental-health, financial, or identifying information in a general website contact form unless the form specifically indicates that it is intended and secured for that purpose.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and Fees

Patients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments or providing the notice required under the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellation charges, missed-appointment fees, insurance obligations, copayments, deductibles, and other patient financial responsibilities will be handled according to the policies disclosed to the patient during registration or intake.

If there is a conflict between this page and a signed patient agreement, financial policy, telehealth consent, or other clinical document, the terms of the signed document will control.

6. Telehealth Services

Telehealth services may be available to eligible patients based on provider availability, the patient’s physical location, licensing requirements, clinical appropriateness, and applicable law.

Patients receiving telehealth services may be required to complete additional consent forms and verify their identity and physical location at the time of service.

The availability of telehealth information on this website does not guarantee that telehealth services are available to every person or in every location.

7. SMS Text-Messaging Terms
